The chalet is always rented as a whole.
The minimum length of stay and price vary depending on the season.

The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing stay:

• fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and SONOS music system,
• fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster),
• Nespresso and filter coffee machines (please bring your own capsules/coffee),
• towels, bath towels, hair dryer, soap, and shower gel in the bathrooms,
• made beds with clean bedding,
• washer/dryer, iron and ironing board (please bring your own laundry detergent), shoe dryer.

We recommend bringing indoor shoes, and if you plan to relax in the hot tub or sauna, please also bring a swimsuit and a bathrobe.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The chalet is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and terraces, where ashtrays are provided.

Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. Upon arrival, please stop at the Alpenpark Turracher Höhe reception desk below the Kornockbahn cable car, where: 

• you will receive a map and the code for the key box,
• you will receive all the necessary information,
• you will pay the deposit.

Always mention Chalet NTH 30 / Pine & Peak at the reception desk.

Access is via a paved road leading directly to the chalet. There are three reserved parking spaces and an electric car charger available directly in front of the house.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Please:

• take your trash with you (containers are located on the way out before the main road),
• check out at the reception desk,
• report any defects or damage.

There are several options:

• 3 minutes by car or taxi,
• By ski bus,
• Approximately 15 minutes on foot.

You can return the same way you came, or if there is enough natural snow, you can ski back to the chalet. Details can be found in the information folder at the chalet.

Shopping opportunities are limited in Turracher Höhe, so we recommend bringing your own food (the nearest supermarkets are in Predlitz, Ebene Reichenau, and Bad Kleinkircheim). Fresh bread can be purchased at the local bakery. More information is available at the chalet.

There are several restaurants within walking distance.
